Acronis Cyber Protect setup instructions

API client (OAuth2)

To connect Dex to Acronis, you need to create an API Client in your Acronis Management Console.

Steps

1Log in to your Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Management Console.
2Navigate to Settings > API Clients.
3Click Create API Client, enter a name for the client (e.g., Dex App Management), and click Save.
4Copy the Client ID and Client Secret generated.
5Note down your Data Center URL — the base URL you use to access Acronis (e.g., https://eu8-cloud.acronis.com).

Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

Client ID

Client Secret

Data Center URL

The base URL you use to access Acronis, e.g. https://eu8-cloud.acronis.com
