Every plan gives full capabilities
Plugs into your RMM and PSA

The console that lets your admins run Dex across M365 or Google, across every SaaS: investigations, approvals, L1 to L3.
Right on Teams, Slack or Google Chat, everyday requests are solved on the spot: passwords, access, MFA, onboarding.
One account, one bill, however many clients you serve. Your clients buy nothing from us and hold no balances of their own. Every tenant's activity draws on the shared capacity you hold.
Usage is shared, attribution is per tenant: the Admin Center shows what each client drew, for margin analysis or PSA billing, and clients cannot see each other.
No. Every plan gives full capabilities, the same product, integrations, controls and support, Enterprise included. Plans differ only in capacity. Enterprise adds commercial terms, volume pricing, SLA options and a named account team, not features.
Only capacity. Standard is the baseline (1×); Max gives a technician 3× that capacity, same product in every other way. Standard suits most technicians; Max is for the people who live in Dex Pro all day. You can move someone up at any time and it applies immediately.
Enough that most technicians never think about it. Standard covers a normal daily queue with room to spare, and Max is for the people running high-volume, cross-system investigations all day. Usage depends on how much of your work you hand to Dex, so rather than guess, you can see your real consumption live from your first week and change plans any time.
Dex pauses that part of the work rather than charging you. Capacity refreshes weekly, and you can add a top-up or move someone to Max at any time to keep going right away. You are alerted well before you get there.
Dex Go handles the everyday requests your people raise in Teams, Slack or Google Chat, with no license per user. Dex Pro is the console where your technicians run the harder, multi-system work. A plan buys capacity for the technicians; the people they help in Dex Go never need a license of their own.
Weekly refresh keeps a heavy week from eating a whole month. If a technician runs out on Thursday, they are back to full on Monday rather than waiting for a billing cycle.
A technician gets a block of capacity: the investigations, actions and cross-system work Dex does on their behalf in Dex Pro. The employees Dex helps in Teams, Slack or Google Chat are not seats and never need a plan of their own.
Monthly or yearly, by credit card. Paying yearly costs 17% less. Your base bill is your technician count at your agreed price; the only things that add to it are top-ups or moving a technician to Max, if your Dex Owner chooses.
Cancel any time; it takes effect at the start of your next period and nothing is charged after that. No cancellation fee, no notice period.
