Yes. Dex is built on the same secure, enterprise-grade foundation as the SysAid platform, which follows stringent international security standards and compliance frameworks to keep your data safe and protected. This includes certifications and alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2 Type 2, and annual third-party audits as part of our security program. Dex is hosted in secure AWS environments with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring of production systems. We also support enterprise controls such as SSO and MFA.

In addition, Dex follows data protection regulations such as GDPR, enabling compliance with privacy rights and data handling requirements for European users, and supports operational measures aligned with HIPAA for healthcare-related use cases through HITRUST-mapped security controls. AI CoAdmin is the preview version of Dex, the Autonomous IT Engineer.

It allows IT teams to experience structured reasoning and autonomous workflow execution in a controlled environment. You can test CoAdmin in the Playground or connect it to your real environment at no cost.

Any action that modifies your environment requires explicit approval unless you configure approval rules.

CoAdmin is currently available at no cost. Each user receives 10 credits per week. At this stage, additional credits are not available for purchase.
