Freshservice setup instructions

API key

To connect Dex to your Freshservice instance, you need your subdomain and your API key.

Steps

1Note your Freshservice subdomain — for example, if you access Freshservice at https://mycompany.freshservice.com, your subdomain is mycompany.
2Log in to your Freshservice agent portal.
3Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.
4Solve the captcha if prompted — your API Key will be displayed in the right-hand panel.

Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

Subdomain

e.g. mycompany from https://mycompany.freshservice.com
