Iru MDM setup instructions

API token (bearer)

To connect Dex to Iru (formerly Kandji), you create an API token under Settings → Access and note your tenant API URL.

Steps

1Log in to the Iru (Kandji) web app with an Admin or Owner account.
2Click Settings, then open the Access tab.
3In the API Token section, click Add Token.
4Enter a name and description, then click Create.
5Copy the token and confirm the checkbox acknowledging it won't be shown again.
6On the same Access page, copy your API URL (e.g. https://{subdomain}.api.iru.com; EU uses .api.eu.iru.com).

Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

API Token (Bearer)

Shown only once at creation.

API URL

Tenant-specific, e.g. https://{subdomain}.api.iru.com (US) / .api.eu.iru.com (EU).
