Kaseya VSA setup instructions

Third-party API token

To connect Dex to Kaseya VSA X (VSA 10), you create a Third-Party Token (Token ID + Token Secret) in the VSA X configuration.

Steps

1In VSA X, go to Configuration → API Access → Third-Party Tokens.
2Click Create Token and give it a name.
3(Optional) Set start/expiration dates, an IP allowlist, organization scope, and endpoint permissions.
4Save, then copy the Token ID and Token Secret and store them securely.
5Give Dex your instance API base URL — your server domain followed by /api (e.g. https://yourserver.vsax.net/api).

Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

Token ID

Token Secret

Store securely; a Regenerate option exists if lost.
