To let Dex post messages into a specific Teams channel, create a Workflows "post to a channel when a webhook request is received" flow and give Dex the generated webhook URL.
Steps
1In Microsoft Teams, go to the target channel, click the "…" (More options) next to the channel name, and select Workflows.
2Choose the template "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received".
3Authenticate with the account the flow should post as, confirm the Team and Channel, and select Add workflow.
4Copy the generated webhook URL shown in the confirmation dialog.
5Paste that URL into Dex — Dex posts by sending an HTTP request to it.
