N-able N-sight setup instructions

API key

To connect Dex to N-able N-sight RMM, you generate an API Key in the N-sight dashboard and provide it along with your region-specific server URL.

Steps
  1. 1Log into the N-sight RMM dashboard as a Superuser or Administrator.
  2. 2Go to Settings → General Settings → API.
  3. 3Click Generate (or Regenerate) to create the API Key.
  4. 4Record the API Key.
  5. 5Identify your account's territory/region and note the matching server URL — Dex needs both.
Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

API Key
Server URL (region)
Depends on where the account is registered, e.g. https://www.systemmonitor.co.uk (UK).
