Syncro MSP setup instructions

API token (bearer)

To connect Dex to Syncro, you create an API token under Admin → API Tokens and note your Syncro subdomain.

Steps

1Log in to Syncro as an admin.
2Go to More → Admin, then scroll down and select API Tokens in the left menu.
3Click New Token.
4Give the token a name, set an expiration (or leave blank), and set permissions (use Custom Permissions for least privilege).
5Click Create API Token, then copy the full key from the confirmation page.
6Note your subdomain — the part between https:// and .syncromsp.com (e.g. "acme").

Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

API Token

Copy the full key from the confirmation page.

Subdomain

e.g. "acme" from https://acme.syncromsp.com
