SysAid setup instructions

App Key (Client ID + Secret)

To connect Dex to your SysAid instance, you need to create an App Key in your SysAid account.

Steps
  1. 1Log in to your SysAid Admin Portal.
  2. 2Navigate to Settings > Integration > App Keys.
  3. 3Create a new App Key for Dex, and note the Client ID and Client Secret generated for this integration.
  4. 4Locate your Account ID (the subdomain in your SysAid URL, e.g., mycompany from https://mycompany.sysaidit.com).
Paste into Dex

The connection form in the Dex app store asks for these values:

Client ID
Client Secret
Account ID
The subdomain in your SysAid URL, e.g. mycompany from https://mycompany.sysaidit.com
