Internal Docs Global lets you build a shared knowledge base once and put it to work across every tenant you manage. Upload documents on the MSP master - PDFs, Office files, Markdown, and plain text - or write and edit docs directly in the app, and Dex draws on them when answering questions. As an MSP global app, one shared source of documents scopes out to each mapped tenant so end users get consistent answers grounded in your own documentation. Dex resolves questions from L1 through L3 by searching your internal docs, and an Access tab controls who can reach the app.

How to configure Internal Docs Global (Dex Go)
Onboarding takes minutes. Dex validates your credentials before saving them.
Setup steps
- 1In Dex, enable the Internal Docs Global (Dex Go) app from the App Store.
- 2On the MSP master, upload your internal documents or create new docs in-app with the "New doc" button.
- 3Map the app out to the tenants whose end users should be able to answer from your documentation.
- 4Use the Access tab to control who can reach the Internal Docs app.
No extra credentials
This integration is covered by your Microsoft 365 tenant authorization to Dex. There are no per-app credentials to create or rotate.
