Upload internal documentation once on the MSP master and every mapped tenant's admins can have Dex answer questions from it - no re-uploading per client. Dex Pro searches your internal documentation when answering, with knowledge base images kept within their intended scope. Upload existing document types plus .md and .txt files, write a new document in-app with the "New doc" button, or edit a document's content without re-uploading it. This is an MSP global app: upload once on the master, and each mapped tenant's admins answer from the shared documentation.

Setup steps
- 1On the MSP master, enable the Internal Docs Global (Dex Pro) app.
- 2Upload your internal documentation - existing document types plus .md and .txt files - or write a new document in-app with the "New doc" button.
- 3Map the tenants whose admins should answer from the shared documentation.
- 4Use the Access tab to manage who can reach the Internal Docs app.
- 5Ask Dex Pro a question and it searches your internal documentation when answering.
No extra credentials
This integration is covered by your Microsoft 365 tenant authorization to Dex. There are no per-app credentials to create or rotate.
