Internal Docs (Dex Pro) lets you upload internal documents so Dex can answer questions using your company knowledge. Dex Pro searches your internal documentation when answering, drawing on the files and documents you provide. Upload existing files or write new documents directly in the app, then keep them current by editing content in place. This is an admin-only knowledge base: use the Access tab to control who can reach the app, and knowledge base images stay scoped to their intended boundaries. This app is not available in Dex Go.

How to configure Internal Docs (Dex Pro)
Onboarding takes minutes. Dex validates your credentials before saving them.
Setup steps
- 1In Dex, enable the Internal Docs (Dex Pro) app from the App Store.
- 2Upload your internal documents, or use the "New doc" button to write a document directly in the app.
- 3Add Markdown (.md) and plain-text (.txt) files alongside your existing document types.
- 4Use the Access tab to manage who can reach the Internal Docs app.
- 5Edit any document's content in place when it needs updating - no need to re-upload.
No extra credentials
This integration is covered by your Microsoft 365 tenant authorization to Dex. There are no per-app credentials to create or rotate.
